Think Outside the Boxes

The Bible book of Daniel and Revelation are linked. Revelation is a continuation of Daniel's prophecies. (Daniel 12). Just as Daniel used beasts to represent political powers, so does the Apostle John in Revelation. Revelation 12 to 18 is a description of today's political and religious scene. The stage is set for Revelation's final act. The cast has been selected.  ) The Seven Headed Dragon--The Original Serpent, Satan the Devil. ) Seven Headed Wild Beast--the world's political system who receives their power and authority from the "ruler of this world", Satan the Devil. (Luke 4:5,6) (Revelation 13:2) ) The Image of the Wild Beast--League of nations followed by the United Nations representing the political powers of the world. ) Two Horned Beast--United States as an extension of Great Britain, who makes itself appear to be a Lamb or "Christlike" but speaks Satan the Devil's words with a dragon's mouth. As of late, there have been extraordinary claims of divine intervention and the coming of a golden age of prosperity and peace. 1 Thessalonians 5:1-6--"But of the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they will say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child, and they shall not escape. But ye brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief...Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober." This scripture speaks of the sudden destruction described in Revelation 17 and 18. The United Nations is the Scarlet  Colored Wild Beast who the nations of the world gives their power and strength.
